However, we’re the first to say that our bids aren’t the cheapest. We’re not interested in just throwing a house together; we’re putting our name behind each home, and we want our builds to last. That means a greater attention to detail, higher quality — in short, a better finished product than many big builders. If we were to offer the cheapest possible price for every build, your build would not last and you would soon be inundated by the need for repairs.
